The Master Life Coach Training Institute (MLCTI) Trauma Course represents a transformative opportunity to enhance the effectiveness of Christian ministries. Investing in this program will directly contribute to empowering the Christian community worldwide, facilitating church growth and impact.

In many countries because of the complex socio-religious landscape, the need for well-equipped Christian leaders is more pressing than ever. The MLCTI Trauma Course is designed to address this need by providing high-quality, contextually relevant training to Christian ministry professionals. This initiative will serve not only as a catalyst for enhanced ministry effectiveness but also as a platform for promoting Christian unity and understanding. Agape Care International and MLCTI partnered together to develop this training vision initially in India and will be moved to South Asia and Africa. We are currently engaged in Israel to provide trauma-based counseling to those who are affected by the war.

The Christian community in South Asia and on the African continent, although small in proportion to the total population, plays a pivotal role in the religious and social fabric of each nation. The course addresses the current challenges faced by this community, such as the need for coaching and training of leadership in the face of rising religious persecution.

In many countries, where traditional Christian beliefs are often blended with local customs and practices, this presents unique challenges. The program aims to equip leaders with skills to navigate these complexities through life coach training that is both faithful to Christianity’s core tenets and respectful of the diverse cultural context.

The shifting dynamics in missionary work and the rise of indigenous leadership in Christian communities across developing nations underscore the need for a program that can foster self-sufficiency and resilience among Christian leaders. This program is designed to fill this critical gap, offering a pathway to more effective and context-sensitive ministry practices.

Program Overview

Curriculum - The curriculum is strategically designed to address the specific needs of Christian leaders in the global community, incorporating life coaching principles with a Christian worldview. This innovative approach ensures that participants are well-equipped to handle both pastoral responsibilities and the challenges of community leadership. Agape Care International and MLCTI will develop courses that cover a wide range of topics, from foundational coaching techniques to advanced pastoral care strategies. Each module is crafted to address the unique challenges faced by Christian leaders.

Training Methodology - Emphasizing a practical, hands-on approach to learning, the program combines intensive in-person training with ongoing online support. This hybrid model suits diverse and geographically dispersed Christian communities, ensuring wide accessibility and impact. This approach includes a one-week intensive in-person seminar followed by comprehensive online sessions.

Target Audience and Outreach Strategy

Audience Identification - The Course specifically targets seminary students and church lay leaders who are poised to become the next generation of Christian leaders. Selection criteria will emphasize not only leadership potential but also a commitment to community service and interdenominational collaboration.

Outreach and Recruitment - A comprehensive outreach strategy will be employed to ensure broad and inclusive participation. This will involve partnerships with key seminaries and church networks, leveraging existing relationships that Agape Care International and MLCTI have to build a cohort that reflects the diversity of the Christian community worldwide.
