During the mid-2000s, Rodney and a group of life coaches, counselors, ministry leaders and Christian psychiatrists created what would become the Master Life Coach Training Institute – providing Biblically-based life coaching courses in Bible colleges worldwide. Rodney holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration degree from Auburn University (Auburn, Alabama). He spent 20 years with Campus Crusade for Christ, 15 of those years he worked with Josh McDowell Ministry. He is a certified Life Coach and certified Life Coach Trainer. Rodney has spoken in churches throughout the world including the United States, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Philippines, Kenya, Kazakhstan, Finland, and Bulgaria.
